How can your system be customized?

Our solution is fully white label, allowing for complete customization of the hardware and software to align with your branding preferences. The features of our mobile app can seamlessly be integrated into your existing app.

What level of involvement is required from my IT department?

We are an offline-first solution, which means we save product data on the cart for high availability independent of the Wi-Fi connection. That's why we need to connect to your master data interface to display product information as prices. Further IT deployment depends on the level of integration that you prefer.

What measures are in place for theft prevention?

We are using the scale, two cameras as well as several software measures to help the retailer to target the bad apples, but also help the customers to not accidently forget to scan an item. Sending a certain percentage of customers to a random check for additional security can be configured on a global scale or on a store level.

What is the timeline for implementing a pilot project?

Our system has been rollout-ready since 2019. As soon as we have your master data, our carts are ready to operate.

We are using AI to identify high value items for theft prevention and to suggest the optimal product recommendation for customers.
